Regul​atory Approvals

• Identification and management of approval requirements and development of approval strategies that prioritise time and budget.
• Co-ordination of baseline studies, heritage and environmental surveys and risk assessments.
• Preparation and submission of documentation for regulatory approvals.

Native Title and Heritage Management

• Management and coordination of native title and heritage agreements.
• Liaising with Traditional Owners in relation to heritage matters, including organising and undertaking archaeological and ethnographic surveys.
• Developing and implementing Indigenous Engagement strategies.

Environmental management

• Auditing of compliance with regulatory approvals and environmental management systems.
• Development of environmental monitoring programs including air, water, noise, flora, fauna, soil, waste rock and tailings.
• Providing a readily available resource for specialist environmental and strategic advice, including short term secondments.
• Co-ordination of Mine Closure Plan revisions and updates.

Stakeholder Engagement

Tenement Management

• Community consultation and engagement strategies
• Addressing local, regional, and Indigenous community concerns
• Liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation

• Development of mining tenement applications and management of objections through the Wardens Court and execution of access deeds.
• Administration of tenements to ensure all tenure is maintained in good standing
